--1/2 bath is in living room, also living room is open , can see kitchen and dinning room, and all upstairs from living room. ceiling is 30ft high right out side front door and over living room , very open and nice.
-- the house has 2 thermostats one to control upstairs and one for the downstairs. all items in house are very elet. user freindly to save on your eletric bill.
--house has front and back water hose hook ups, and driveway will hold 4 cars.
-- no lawn maint. required it is all taken care of.
-- i prefer no pets, but it can be discussed.
