A local remodeling company is looking for a working project manager. This would include ordering all materials, scheduling subcontractors, ensuring project stays on time, on or under budget, and making sure accuracy of the scope of work is met daily. You will be expected to be able to perform the following types of skills (see below) at a high level of quality and efficiency. We are a results based company. The past does nothing for you if you can not produce daily in the field. You will be given a draw with a performance based compensation plan. This plan will allow you to excel if you can perform! We need strong organized LEADERS! If you do not have experience leading/managing subcontractors and crews this is not the job for you. If you are a get it done person you will love this job. We give you the freedom to make it happen as you are in control of the project. If we have to run it for you then we don’t need you. You must have you own tools and transportation. Minimum 5 years of construction experience required. Must be able to prove you are a self starter and can work with out someone leading you daily.

Skills:
Demo
Basic plumbing (changing out faucets, toilets, etc)
Basic electrical (changing out lighting, adding an outlet, etc)
Drywall
Painting
Interior trim
Read blueprints
Write change orders
Experience managing remodeling projects (bathrooms, kitchens, additions, etc)
Perform meetings and walk thoughts with clients
Understand and use the following efficiently daily: outlook, excel, and word.

Bonus skills
Tile
HVAC
Framing
Siding repair / install
