Big enclosed vehicles like a toyota 4 runner or ford astrovan with the same 12 inch subwoofer system have a much better, more realistic bass sound than I can achieve in my midsize car. Does anybody out there have a solution to imitate that deep bass sound in a car like mine? not trying to impress the neighborhood, its for my own listening in the car only. Also, seperately, does anybody make a reverb unit so your car sounds like a small room echo or a concert hall echo in the area of say below $200 that the reader has actually used and liked?

Looking for a few more talented and interesting authors to round out a very fine critique group in Mt. Pleasant.
We prefer open-minded, liberal authors (intermediate to published) who are serious about writing, and reading and discussing the work of others. A good sense of humor and a thick skin are also quite helpful.

PS. If you write in a very specific genre like romance, fantasy, or gender-based fiction you would be best-served starting your own group with that specific focus. Also don't join if you really can't attend the meetings regularly as that just results in wasted paper and effort for everyone else involved. It really is a privilege to have other people read and comment on your work.

I've found these groups to be invaluable in tightening up my writing, and in gaining inspiration. Hopefully you will too.

I want to start a support group for local Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder. I haven't found one locally so I thought I would start one. This is open to all with an open mind. We could meet at a local cafe and help each other gain accountability in our lives. I would like to make this a regular monthly meeting. Spouses, significant others, parents, friends, ect. are welcome to tag along for support.
Here are somethings the group discussion could offer:
-Strategies you have learned to keep your life balanced
-Nutrition for the ADD mind
-Organization/Time Management techniques that are working in your life
-Goal Setting, and personal mission plans
-Accountability Partners

For those living with ADD you know how challenging it can be to keep managed and on track. Life is truly meant to be a beautiful and enjoyable experience and we all deserve the best that life has to offer. I look forward to meeting you! To your success!

Knitting Class exploring Color

Are you a knitter that would like to become more comfortable using color and learn how to do Fair Isle Knitting.

I am setting up class that will be offerered in a 3 part session in the Summerville Area in a new Craft Store.

The knowledge you will learn is how to find inspiration for future designs. You will learn how colors work to play off of each other.

You will be able to use scrap yarns from past projects.

I am a hand knitter with over 25 years experience that would like to share and inspire you to take that next step.

I have taken work shops with some of leading designers within the industry and would like to pass on what I have
learned.
