Its an outstanding location for storage or a small business. it sits behind a house so there is no road frontage so not appropriate for a retail or high traffic shop. Zoning is neighborhood commercial. The building is 1700 sf of open area and again there is no AC or heat and its not insulated. Not good for a church or meeting establishment.]]></description>
