<description><![CDATA[Hey there folks. My Roommates and I (total 2f/1m) are looking for a new roommate to move in ASAP. Our previous roommate left us in a bit of a lurch so we're looking for someone responsible with money, but who is relaxed and likes to have a good time. Also needs to be understanding of student schedules as one of us still in school. Preferably someone 21+ as we're all over 21 ourselves. Rent is $1750 total which works out to be about $438/mo per person. With utilities it ends up being right about $500 a month. We need someone to move in quickly, but also someone is willing to put down a $438 deposit as well as Janurary's rent. This is a pretty decent place for the price. 4bd/2bth, w/d, cen heating and air, 2 story, dishwasher, and PLENTY of off street parking. There is central heating and air conditioning, a dishwasher, full size kitchen, and washer/dryer unit. <br>
The utilities are always pretty low especially because everything is split evenly between three people. <br>
The bedroom is furnished and I am willing to leave it all if you like it! (There's a bed frame, box spring, mattress, dress and a small bookshelf). Also i installed a ceiling fan, curtain rods, curtains, and lock that i can also leave in the room! <br>
<br>
This room is available any time after December 17th but you wouldn't have to pay rent until January and the lease lasts until 31 July 2010. No deposits are required and last month's rent ($700) has already been paid so that would have to be paid at some point. <br>

<description><![CDATA[One bedroom is available for Spring and Summer sublease in a three bedroom/two bathroom apartment on St. Philip street. Bedroom available is the room with its OWN bathroom! <br>
The roommates are two female students who focus on their grades but like to have fun as well. As they are my friends, they would have to meet whoever is interested in the room so that we all agree on a roomate for them. The location is only three blocks away from CofC's campus! There is a ton of off-street parking and you would be able to get an on-street permit as well. <br>
<br>
Living room/kitchen floors are hardwood floors, bathrooms are linoleum tile and bedrooms are carpet. <br>
There is central heating and air conditioning, a dishwasher, full size kitchen, and washer/dryer unit. <br>
The utilities are always pretty low especially because everything is split evenly between three people. <br>
The bedroom will not be furnished but the rest of the house already is. However i am more than willing to leave the ceiling fan, curtain rods, curtains, and lock i put in the room if you want it! <br>
<br>
This room is available any time after December 15th but you wouldn't have to pay rent until January and the lease lasts until 31 July 2010. No deposits are required and last month's rent ($700) has already been paid so that would have to be paid at some point.<br>
I am immediately available to begin showing this room. I ask that only those who are serious to respond to this add!<br>
