I'm looking to retire to the Myrtle beach or Charleston area and would be interested in a permanent trade for a less expensive home for my lakefront home on Lake Wylie. My home has 4 br. and 3and1/2 baths in 4600 sq.ft. completely remodeled. It is for sale for $800,000. Tiki bar and hot tub lakeside with covered boat slip with lift and jet ski lift. This home is in a real neighborhood, not on a dirt or gravel road like many, and is within 15 min. of just about anywhere in the area including the interstates. I''m looking for something in the $200k-$300k range.
