My area is residential but with a car (and I do have a garage) you can get around quite easily.  If you don't have a car or prefer not to navigate LA freeways, you can transit it.  I'm 2 blks from the bus stop which you can take north to the train station.  I have a small one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed, hardwood floors, small kitchen and kitchenette; satellite TV and nice neighbors.  It is urban living, so I would prefer a tenant comfortable with people of color and working folks.  I am thinking of making the move to Charleston and would like to check it out for a week.  So my place would be available for the week.  It is perfect for a young person or young couple wanting to try out LA to see if they might move here.  Perfect for an aspiring actor, director, beat maker, web design person or singer.  I would like to do a straight trade--  I know housing is more expensive in Charleston but to give you an idea of my apt's worth, I pay $900/month.  (Doesn't include utilities)  Again, this would be a straight week trade--   your place for mine.  Once someone expresses interests, I will send you photos.  <br>
