It is rated in the top tier of rental villas by Kiawah Resorts. Because of the association with them, all priviledges and discounts that Kiawah Resort guest receive are available to our guests. This includes greatly reduced rates on the use of the tennis courts, shuttle bus service, and access to Night Heron pool plus discounts on golf, bicycle rental, restaurants, kayak trips and much more. Many of these amenities such as pool access, restaurant reservations and advanced tee times are no longer available to non-resort guests.
