It is comfortably prepared for sleeping 4 adults and 2-4 children (+port-a-crib), or 7 adults.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all but your groceries and the large dining room seats 8-10 comfortably. The living area is large and comfy, arranged for family fun. A full laundry room is off of the living room. That room opens onto the back porch and backyard with grill and hammock. There is a covered front porch as well . Linens are provided.

This charming vacation home is decorated in a tropical island/beach motif and is located on a quit cul-de-sac with no street traffic in one of Charleston�s top communities. We have access to beautiful pool and tennis facilities in the neighboring complex.

Walk across the street to a sopping center, 1 mile to Sullivan�s island�s gorgeous beach and fun pubs, or 1 mile the other direction to Old Pitt Street Bridge, a 1000-foot pier, is a favorite biking, walking, crabbing, fishing destination on the Intercoastal Waterway with incredible sunsets overlooking downtown Charleston. A full shopping center is less than 2 blocks walk. There are five top golf courses within 10 to 20 minutes drive and many more 30-45 minutes.

One of our best features is that we are located in a much lower traffic area than most of the Charleston Area. Mount Pleasant�s Old Village is accessible to downtown and beaches without entering the main traffic areas of Hwy 17 which have become a burden to our city. Directions will be direct and simple and involve few complicating factors. This can make a serious difference in your experience.

I prefer renting direct to guests, establishing a personal relationship which generally results in greater guest satisfaction. We live 2 miles away, which allows us to address any problems quicker than rental agencies.

This spacious home on beachfront is designed for a large gathering of family and/or friends. The main living area, warmed by heart-of-pine bead-board and flooring, has four sofas to accommodate hanging-out and visiting. Antique dining table seats 10-16 with five stools at the adjoining kitchen counter/bar.

Both areas look out over the set-down screen porch with tables, chairs, rockers, hammock, and sundeck onto the beautiful white beach and ocean. You are close enough to watch older kids and/or friends swim or play horse shoes on the beach from inside the home.

PRIVACY!
Designed for congregating, this home also offers individual privacy. Each of the five adult bedrooms has its own phone and TV with cable; four of these have ocean views and three have doors onto the upper level deck. The large kid's room has been painted to resemble an aquarium. It has two sets of bunks with trundles under each, and tv/vcr.

Relax and watch the herons and egrets from the deck and dine on the screened porch. The Creekwatch pool, the community crabbing-dock and boat-ramp are free for you to use, and only a short walk from the villa, under the live oaks. Seabrook Island is an ancient maritime forest surrounded by over three miles of beautiful, wide, sand beaches. All beaches are open to every one on the island and are accessed by boardwalks over the dunes or thru other natural areas. Explore and discover your favorite; all are a short drive or easy bike ride away. There are also two championship golf courses, one with ocean views; a tennis club featuring 14 Har Tru Courts; a fitness and recreation center, and a full service equestrian center. Freshfields Village, at the circle between Seabrook Island and Kiawah Island, has many shops and a nice variety of restaurants. Newton Farms, also located in the village, is a convenient and well stocked grocery where you can find everything from the basic necessities, to fresh-produce, wine and special gourmet treats. Boat-rentals, jet-skiing, kayaking, and fishing-charters, can be found at the nearby Bohicket Marina, along with more shops and restaurants. A full shopping center is less than 2 blocks walk. There are five top golf courses within 10 to 20 minutes drive and many more 30-45 minutes.

One of our best features is that we are located in a much lower traffic area than most of the Charleston Area. Mount Pleasant�s Old Village is accessible to downtown and beaches without entering the main traffic areas of Hwy 17 which have become a burden to our city. Directions will be direct and simple and involve few complicating factors. This can make a serious difference in your experience.
