Location, location, location! Be sure to check out the map below to see that our home is about 200 yards from the beach. The Turtle Beach pool is about 30 yds away. The Sanctuary, Tennis, Conference and Town Centers are all a short walk or bicycle ride.

Our front porch has porch swings, rocking chairs, and a lagoon view. Walk from the kitchen or the dining room to the back screened porch where we have Lloyd and Flanders table & chairs, rockers, love seats, and another lagoon view.

We have an open floor plan with lots of windows and light. There is a 46� wall mounted flat screen TV in the living room. Upstairs is a complete master suite: dressing room, office area with desk, flat screen TV and sitting area, queen bed, daybed and trundle bed with twin mattresses, bathroom with shower and oversized garden tub. On the first floor is another master with a queen bed and enclosed bath, 26� wall mounted flat screen. There are also two twin bedrooms, one with an enclosed bath and sitting area. A fourth bathroom has an entry door and is convenient to the outside shower. There are 5 televisions (4 flat screens) with DVD and VCR players. We have wireless Internet, ipod/CD player, complete laundry facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Prices range from $1650/wk for winter (through March 20, 2010) to $4000/wk for summer rentals. Off-season weekends and long term rentals are welcome. Prices are lower in the off season, the weather is wonderful, and there are times when you have the whole beach to yourself. This is a no smoking, no pets house.

A full shopping center is less than 2 blocks walk. There are five top golf courses within 10 to 20 minutes drive and many more 30-45 minutes.

One of our best features is that we are located in a much lower traffic area than most of the Charleston Area. Mount Pleasant�s Old Village is accessible to downtown and beaches without entering the main traffic areas of Hwy 17 which have become a burden to our city. Directions will be direct and simple and involve few complicating factors. This can make a serious difference in your experience.

We prefer renting direct to guests, establishing a personal relationship which generally results in greater guest satisfaction. We live 8 blocks away, which allows us to address any problems quicker than rental agencies.
