1998 South Carolina Governor Medallion Limited Edition Duck print Lighthouse series. A very rare print. Must have heirloom numbered #377 of 500 in prestine condition throughout. The print is signed by the Artist D J Cleland-Hura and our 113th Governor David Beasley. In addition two mint stamps one signed by the artist and an engraved 24k gold medallion. The medallion is engraved with number , year and image of print.
The print, stamps and medalion are framed and matted Certified Museum Quality by Ambassador Gallery. It is 16 3/4" x 17". On the backside a pocket houses the Certificate.
The print shows the Muddy Ducks flying in front of the Lighthouse. The lighthouse Rear Range is also known as Leamington Lighthouse in Hilton Head SC. It was built in 1879-1880 guiding ships to Port Royal Sound and is on the National Registry of Historic Places.
