Antique wooden barrel butter churner complete with lid and dasher. Estimated mid - late nineteenth century, featuring a unique banding technique at top and bottom. It is missing the middle band and some chipping evident on band tips. Given its age, it does show wear, but beautifully crafted and would be an attractive decor choice. Has been cleaned, oiled and waxed recently to nourish the wood.
