This virtually new looking, 16-year old boat and motor gets compliments almost every time I launch and is a definite head-turner...but I need to part ways with it...I need my garage back!!
Bought and fished in Wisconsin lakes (and New Hampshire), this all-weld, Deep-V beauty sits up on blocks in my garage. It is powered by a 2003 4-Stroke 60 H.P. Mercury that sips gas and has only seen an impeller replacement in 2013 aside from professional winterizing every Winter season (I have invoices for the work performed on this boat). The only seen "bug" is the speedometer which has been sticking for several years but that had never concerned me - I bought the boat to fish from, not for speed or water skiing - there are no other issues with the boat or electronics, lights, horn, bilge pumps, etc. By the way - I never placed caught fish in the live wells - live wells were only used for storage, and there are plenty of storage compartments. This rig is like a living room on the water and has never tasted salt water!
I have two fitted covers for the boat (both for trailering - one cover is original, one is brand new). There is an additional (original) chair aside from the two shown, two original butt seats and a new/extra acrylic windshield aside from the one seen in photos. The motor decals are custom and match the graphics on the sides of the boat. The seats have no tears, cracks or stains (ArmorAll applied after every outing). The boat is carpeted end-to-end with no stains, rips or pulls - got shampooed with a 'Lil Green Machine twice a year; the boat, motor and Tennessee trailer got waxed including the underside of the boat AND trailer as I would get underneath on a car creeper every Fall to apply marine wax. If you think that is anal - ask my wife - shoes came off in the boat and I didn't allow nightcrawlers, any chocolate or sandwiches with mustard!
Included are new adult life jackets, fire extinguisher, a color Magellan GPS, Lowrance fishfinder, outboard motor and cowl covers, a Minn Kota 55 PD (PowerDrive) trolling motor with new foot control...too many extras to mention.
The trailer tires are 1 year old with a lot of tread left but they had developed a flat spot due to being left on the garage floor prior to lifting it up on blocks shortly after my move from the North - this, I was told, should correct itself once this hits the road behind "your" vehicle. The trailer does not have a swingable tongue but the hitch tongue does pull out of the trailer tubing which buys you a a little more space if the entire length is an issue during storage.
There is definitely pride in ownership with this boat - I am the original owner and this set-up has been babied. I am not aware of the hours on the motor - I don't believe it is a lot as I would simply motor-out to my hotspots and troll, anchor or drift with the wind. Price is firm - save yourself the cost of a new boat - this can go into the Smithsonian Institute when you are done with it as the newest looking 2003 boat! This is a must see - please contact me with any questions you might have, and thanks for looking!
