Jacques Villeneuve is the son of Formula One driver Gilles Villeneuve,
and is the namesake of his uncle, who was also a racer. 1994 was Villeneuves
1st year driving Indy cars. He was so good that the next year he won the 1995
CART Championship and the 1995 Indianapolis 500. Following '94 & 95 in
CART, Villeneuve moved into Formula One with the front running Williams
team in 1996. Winning the 1997 Formula One World Championship, made him
only the third driver after Mario Andretti and Emerson Fittipaldi to achieve such
a feat. To date, no other Canadian has won the Indianapolis 500 or the F1 Drivers' title.
What I have here for sale is Two (2) Promotional Cards from his 1st year in CART,
driving the Players car for Forsythe-Green Racing. A great oncoming view of his
car and the back filled with his background. A truly great driver who accomplished
a lot in a very short time. Both in perfect condition.
To compliment his 1st year in CART is the AutoWeek Premier Edition of the Official
IndyCar Fan Guide for 1994. 116 pages (incl. the covers) are of glossy, high quality
color print. See the Contents page for the incredible amount of information covered
Obviously Villeneuve and his Players team are covered. Issue has no damage,
contents are unmarked and is in excellent condition
