OHH Health Solutions is a patient advocacy organization that helps seniors and families navigate healthcare challenges such as confusing medical bills, insurance issues, appointment coordination, and caregiver overwhelm.
We’re opening a Community Advocate referral role for individuals who already support others in their everyday life — caregivers, church volunteers, community helpers, and people others naturally trust.
This is a low-pressure, referral-based side gig, not a sales or marketing role.
What This Role Is
You share OHH as a resource only when it feels appropriate
We handle all intake, services, and client communication
If the person you refer enrolls in a paid service, you receive a referral payment
Everything is tracked and handled transparently
What This Role Is NOT
No selling
No cold outreach
No quotas
No convincing or persuading anyone
No posting links everywhere
This role is based on ethical, pressure-free referrals.
Who This Is a Good Fit For:
Caregivers (formal or informal)

Compensation (Transparent)
$25–$60 per qualified referral
Lifetime tier system (your referral rate increases automatically over time)
Paid on Fridays within 7 business days of cleared client payment
Payments via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal
No chasing. No confusion.
