About Community Auctions

Community Auctions creates unique commemorative art. We market our items by Setting up unmanned displays in local businesses for 6-8 week events. Since 2015 we have raised over 9 million dollars to the charities benefited by our displays.

Workdays for this position:

Friday-Tuesday
The Role:

As a Contracted Community Auctions Field Representative you will be responsible for setting up the unmanned display and refreshing the display once each week during the 6-8 week event. Each event lasts 6-8 weeks. After the event is completed you are responsible for then picking up the display and moving it to the next location.

Typical Event Responsibilities:

In the beginning, 3-5 displays in local businesses. (These locations are already secured by a Community Auctions Event Coordinator).
Every week by Tuesday refresh sign up sheets and submit sign ups from each location during live events.
Pick up and redisplay at new businesses at the start/end of each event.
Be available to pick up locations on a last minute notice.
Inventory check upon request.
REQUIREMENTS

Must have a car big enough to move the product and displays. Mid-size car or small SUV is fine.
Must be able to physically carry the display items and display tables for set up.
Must be easily available to reach by phone, text, or email.
Must have strong relationship and communication skills.
Must have general computer skills (Gmail, Google Drive, Excel).
Must have a smartphone.
