Employment type: part-time , M-F 9 am thru 5 pm, 1 hour lunch
• Storage Facility / Real Estate Office Admin
• This position is 35 hours per week and does not offer benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Customer Services to include answering phones, greeting customers
• Renting self storage units to include on site showing of space thru processing paperwork
• Organization of rent rolls to include invoicing, collecting and processing payments
• Maintaining electronic and manual file systems as needed
• Various admin related tasks as may be needed from time to time


Requirements:
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Ability to manage your time to include arriving to work on time
• Proficiency of the following software is required:
• Microsoft Suite – Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to quickly learn other management software programs that we will teach you
• 3 years of similar, verifiable experience required
• Background check required
