As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to oversee the operations of the Myrtle Beach division and assist the managers with billing, organizing, and control project activities.   • Reviews and verifies all purchase orders, statements, and invoices to prepare payments.
  • Submits documentation to set up new vendors as needed.
  • Submits all invoices to Accounts Payable with proper coding to ensure payment.
  • Oversees Accounts Receivables and collections.
  • Answers office phone calls and assists or redirects the calls as needed.

·         Monitor daily schedules and job tracking.

·         Enter customer orders into computerized systems.

·         Work closely with the Operations Manager to track progress and quality of work.

·         Track and manage contemplated change notices and change orders.

·         Communicate effectively with the landscape team and management.

·         Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

  • Other tasks as assigned.


·         Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration

·         Computer Skills including to but not limited to Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Word

·         Ability to build strong relationships with clients and builders.

·         Must be a self-starter, problem solver and passionate about helping others.

·         Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.

·         Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.

·         Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

·         Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
