Charleston Coast Vacations is seeking an energetic individual who is familiar with the beaches of Charleston to fill the Guest Services Representative role at our Folly Beach location. This position reports to the Senior Property Managers for Charleston Coast Vacations.

The Guest Services Representative is responsible for generating the highest possible sales for vacation rental owners while managing the front desk operations. Core tasks include, but are not limited to, email and phone management, reservation management, payment collection, and policy enforcement.

A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Strong customer service background
Experience with Gmail and Google applications including Google Drive
Knowledge of dining, shopping, and entertainment in Folly Beach and the surrounding areas
Ability to work Saturdays (not overtime)
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Responding to email and phone inquiries in a timely manner
Enforce policies stated in the vacation rental agreement
Collect and process payments
Assisting with general office duties
Assists guests with arrival and departure
Must pay extreme attention to detail
Ability to be proactive and find things to do when things are slow- there is always something that can be done
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of personnel
Availability to start ASAP.
Full-time, 9-5 hourly position, Saturdays are required in the summer season (with weekday days off in return).
