McKay Insurance, INC is seeking one to two individuals. Our company has been insuring individuals and businesses for property and casualty exposure for over three decades. Bringing 150 years’ experience to every transaction, we strive to provide the best possible service to every client while managing their risk exposure.
We are seeking a self-starting, motivated individual to assist account managers in both personal and commercial lines departments. The individual will work primarily with the principal of the agency assisting with submissions for insurance quotes, preparation of proposals for clients and other administrative tasks while obtaining valuable exposure to the insurance industry and insight into risk management.

1. Insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
2. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, but not required with comparable time
in the insurance industry.
3. Must be a motivated, self-starter who works well independently with direction.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
