We are looking for a full-time Administrative Specialist.

We are a technology company that provides technical products to our clients all across the U.S./World. We are one of the fastest-growing companies in our industry.

Our office is located at 6650 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405

Responsibilities:

- General administration
- Finance support (reviewing expense reports)
- Recruiting support (calling new candidates for interviews)
- HR support (supporting technicians with HR support)
- Project support (assisting technicians with travel and general logistics coordination)
- General office support (luncheons/guest visit set up, restocking of office supplies, etc)

Requirements:

- Friendly and positive attitude
- Great communication skills
- Reliable car
- Great with office software (Microsoft Office)
- Nice to haves (Experience with Google Drive, Slack, and other software tools)
- In-office work (no remote)


$17 - $20/HR (based on experience)
