Excellent condition, less than 3,000 miles. Removed from a 2015 FR-S in 2016 and stored indoors since.

This original factory part is ideal for:

- Swapping out an aftermarket header for quieter, more compliant driving

The header is in excellent shape with only light surface discoloration on the flanges. No cracks, dents, or damage. Threads and ports are clean. Includes both original OEM gaskets to make installation simple.
