Looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in my house. The room is furnished and as such cannot accommodate personal furniture. Unfurnishing can be arranged, but only after a trial period. I work evenings therefore I am looking for someone who has a consistent out of the house M-F daytime work schedule (this is non-negotiable).
