I have a house with a slightly different situation, it’s 2 BR and 1 bath in West Ashely, great location, convenient to everything, but I basically live elsewhere (my girlfriend) but I need to keep this house for at least 6-12 months, maybe more. The one thing is that there’s a cat that lives there, great cat, very low maintenance as he’s indoor/outdoor, comes and goes as he likes, no litter box to worry about or clean.
Half the rent and the utilities comes to about $1,100 a month, that’s all in - no deposit required. I request that you’re going to be there at least 3-4 months, if not longer.
There’s more to discuss, but those are the basics… I’m only there about 2% of the time, usually 3-4 afternoons from 2-4 pm or so.
