Comes with faceplate, floppy ribbon cable, and internal adapter if the motherboard doesnt have a floppy drive cable connection. (converter goes to usb). You'll still need the power connection coming off the PS though.
Also comes with bonus 10 disk 3.5 floppy disk holder (not pictured)
