We’re looking for someone to officially sublease our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at Watermark in Central Square, Mount Pleasant.
Our lease runs through September 30, but we’ll be moving out on June 23, we can also make June 12th possible ( we’re traveling June 12-22). This is a great option for anyone looking for a short-term lease, with the option to extend.

Lots of natural light with west-facing windows
2 large walk-in closets
Safe, walkable neighborhood
Great location- less than 10 minutes from Sullivan’s Island Beach
Rent: $2,385/month
We’ll cover rent through the end of June, and we’re also willing to cover Wi-Fi through the end of the lease on 9/30, so you won’t have to set it up yourself.
This would be an official sublease, so the new tenant will need to sign paperwork and pay a $75 application fee.
