Heavy Duty Laminate / Wood Floor Cutter - $70 (Seabrook Island)

I bought this on Amazon mid December (on sale at $140) for one oak engineered wood flooring project (about 350 sq ft). Couldn't believe how well it worked. All cut edges were perfectly sharp - way better than I could hope to do with a saw - not to mention no mess / no noise. My project is done and I don't have plans for using again - so selling this for half of what I paid just a few weeks ago.
The cutter literature indicates it will cut Engineered Wood Flooring up to Janka hardness of 1490 - my project was with 3/8" white oak Robbins engineered product with Janka hardness of 1360 and cut easily.
