We are looking for experienced subcontractor crews and individual contractors for apartment and rental home turns in Charleston and the surrounding area.
We manage renovation and maintenance projects for large residential property owners and are expanding our vendor network.
If you have experience turning apartments or rental homes, we want to work with you.
Work Includes:
• Interior painting
• Drywall patch & repair
• Fixture replacements
• Minor plumbing and electrical
• Punch list repairs
• Unit turn work between tenants
Requirements:
• Experience with apartment or rental home turns
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to take before/after photos
• Professional communication
• Ability to complete work on schedule
