Bath Tune Up of Charleston is a busy, locally owned bathroom remodeling company in the Charleston area and we’re growing our install team.
🛠️ LEAD BATH INSTALLER- FULL-TIME
You run the job. We support you.
What you’ll do:
✔ Full bath remodel installs (tubs, showers, tile, pans, vanities, fixtures)
✔ Lead jobs start-to-finish
✔ Maintain clean, professional job sites
✔ Occasionally guide a helper
Lead Installer Pay & Perks:
💰 Top pay based on experience ($32–$35+/hr or per-job) and Full-Time 40-hour work week Monday through Friday
🚐 Company vehicle AND tools provided
⛽ Gas card included
💵 Performance bonuses for quality & efficiency
📅 Steady, scheduled work (no service calls)
Lead Installer Requirements:
• Strong bath remodel experience (tile or acrylic & shower systems required)
• Able to manage a job independently
• Valid driver’s license required
• Provide resume or detailed list of experience and skills when applying
• 2-3years experience preferred
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Responsible and dependable

INSTALLER HELPER
Learn the trade & move up.
What you’ll do:
✔ Assist lead installer on bath remodels
✔ Demo, prep, cleanup, material handling
✔ Learn tubs, showers, tile, and installs hands-on
Helper Pay & Perks:
💰 Competitive hourly pay ($18–$20/hr DOE), Full-Time 40-hour work week
🚐 Ride in company vehicle

Helper Requirements:
