$50 is for All 4 Rims. We took these off of a 2015 Toyota Tundra at about 10,000 miles. They are in excellent shape, but may have a few dings here and there. They come with lug nuts. They have been stored in our garage away from the weather. We have the center caps also. Great option if you want to take your custom rims off your truck before you sell it and put stock rims back on.
